On the 76cc hand I think Weazel makes a very good point about check-raising the flop being not necessarily optimal in live poker and I think this applies at lower stakes online too. BenaBadBeat's strategies are for 500 Zoom and up and it's better to just play exploitably against weaker opposition.

How were you able to call the Kh9h hand? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to reading bluffs
