As I am new beginner in web design. I am looking for something which gives ideas to create basic forms, dashboards and simple standard web layout. Most of sites shown in video are very fancy and it will take a lot of time and efforts for a new developer to create it.

Some of these inspiration sites have some horrible websites, to be honest. Yes, the talent that went into making them was good and they are original - but they are far more of an example of form over function. It should always be function and then form. The Pandora site was awful. Soooo overdone. Sure it had a lot of stuff going on, but it is so overdone it was confusing. There are only four reasons to have a website. 1. To make a sale 2. To get an email address 3. To get a phone call 4. A combination of the first three Look at the top websites in the world - they do NOT have a bunch of fancy wayyy over-done elements to them. Graphics are the same way. I think in this industry we are far far too focused on form over function, instead of function and then form. A Ferrari looks great, but if the engine doesn't run well or the transmission does not work - it will not get you from point A to point B the way a car is basically used for. A Yugo might look like shit, but if it runs well it does a better job of getting you from point A to point B than the good looking Ferrari that doesn't run. Websites and graphics are the same way. Many of the websites shown on some of these sites have very cool looking elements, but the sites themselves do not deliver well on what a site should do.
