I guess there are some little variations in excel/spreadsheet functions from language to language. I am from germany and I have to separate the values with semicolons instead of commas. So for example for me the correct version is "=IMPORTXML("URL";"//h1")" instead of "=IMPORTXML("URL","//h1")"
