It is stored in the spot in the video with the cover on. The cover is starting to show its age at the moment with wear to it and the water does not bead on it anymore.
Nice video, thanks. I had a Weber in Fort Lauderdale for over 22 years. It got year round use by myself and plenty of people who stayed in my boat docks. After hurricane Wilma graced us with her presence I found it jammed under the fish cleaning station laying on it's side. Poor thing. The only damage it sustained was the grease tray got sucked out and was dented. A little hammering back into shape and cleaning the water and vegetation debris out of every nook and cranny it fired right up. Love Weber grills.
Thank you for posting this. I bought the Genesis II E 335 waiting on it to be delivered. Extremely happy you showed how you use yours. Yes, I bought the closed door version. Gotta get my steaks together and ready for July 4th...all masked up.😁
Awesome, careful on the break-in burning things off. I noticed mine got way too hot at full blast on all burners. Weber says to keep the grill under 600 degrees F.
I bought the Genesis 310 of 12 years ago. I highly recommend taking care of yours as I didn't with mine and now I have to throw it out. I highly recommend keeping it covered. Mine rotted out the cart, and the bottom piece of sheet metal that gives it structural integrity can be broken apart with my hands. I replaced it with the Genesis II S-335 and plan on keeping a cover on this one. Cheers, and enjoy. Weber makes some sweet ass grills.
Hi Thanks for the informative vid. I just bought the 315. I have heard of people using a high pressure washer to clean their Genisis 11. Do you? and do you spray it first? Again Great video thanks heaps. Peter
I've had it close to 600 degrees with the outside of the cover temp gauge. Not exactly sure how accurate it actually is but it does get really hot. If you watch my latest video it was cooking that chicken on medium with only 2 burners on.
It's a great grill. Allways fires up and gets really hot. I really like the grates, so easy to clean. I do not like the quality of the flavorizor bars, they are the only thing that is rusting. And Yes go Sox!
10 year top to bottom warranty, customer service is supposed to be real good, I have not needed anything for my 435 but I've only had it 3 years, those flavorizer bars are real thick but they definitely take the most abuse of anything on the grill
The battery I believe is down on the side of the frame. Still have snow outside so its not in use yet. Yes, I did put it together and it was really easy.
