BBQ and Son make Kebabs.
Marinate recipe is from my good mate Dr Stephen :
1 table spoon each oregano, paprika, cumin.
Crushed garlic
1 sliced red onion
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
500 grams diced lamb (I go shoulder but whatever works for you).
Mix all and let rest for 24 hours in the fridge.
