@@UnitedCodManServices A webhook is a simple Rest API URL where you can send a POST request to call it. In the video, I mentioned how I did it for my website, you can do it similarly for yours 🙂
so i want to make a webhook that sends a message than deletes it after 10 minutes and resends it, i think i got all the code but where do i run it so it runs forever?
You can have a CRON Job which will do this. If you want to run your code after an interval. But your usecase is the one where a little bit more research is needed

In that case, you need to make a CRON Job in Node or some language of your choice. You make a CRON Job, set the timer of when you want it to be executed to send the discord message, then deploy it some place like Railway, Render, Fly etc., to let it run constantly. Alternatively, I'm not sure but maybe you can make a GitHub action to do the same which might become free for you
