Is there an element that allows users to upload documents to the app? Also is there a way to personalize the app per user, like have a sign-in function for a more personalized experience?

Hello Carlon, It is possible by creating a form in the form builder and then adding a file upload field, signature field, and other fields that you want to collect from your customers. After that, place the form that you just created in your app using the Form element. You may refer to this screencast: link.jotform.com/IWk07wVKrF. Hello: thanks for the demonstration. What is the client or the user does not trust the link that is sent to them (it is not being downloaded via AppStore or PlayStore)?

Hello Ahmad, Jotform uses Progressive Web App (PWA), it is a web app that can work both as a web page and mobile app on any device. Your users can interact to the app directly on any browser so installing the app is optional. Unfortunately, we do not provide package file of the app so it is not possible to to publish the app to AppleStore or PlayStore. However, there app 3rd party platforms that can convert PWA into format that's publishable on app stores. If your clients has some security concerns, you may refer them to our dedicated security page here www.jotform.com/security/. Is there a way to clear or change a cart before paying?

Hello Joe, It is possible to clear the cart by clicking on the cart icon found at the top right section of the app. In the cart, you can remove products or update the quantity options of the products as seen on this screencast link.jotform.com/y5lB1axFtE. How does a customer update their app?

Hi @bretbartlett7439, To update your apps, you will have to log in to your Jotform account and then go to your My Apps page, or you can click this link www.jotform.com/myapps/. Hello there! Here's how to do that in the Jotform App Builder, simply drag a Button element in your app then select "Make a Call" in the button properties and enter your phone number. The Button element is only available in the Jotform Apps builder. If you want to add this to your form through the Form Builder, we suggest using the Paragraph element to create a clickable phone number using this code Call Me. After that, use this website css3buttongenerator.com/ to generate a CSS button code based on your design and inject the CSS code into your form. Here's a screencast: link.jotform.com/M0ZXNNhDSD.
