Can I embed a prefilled form in my website?

Hi @diegowang9597, That's definitely possible. You can embed your form using embed code, then replace the form link found in the embed code with your prefilled link. Alternatively, you can prepopulate your embedded form through URL parameters. Is there a way to upload a google sheet or excel spreadsheet to prefill the form? Kind of like a mail merge. Our HR department would like to send out contracts but staff can have different dates, and dollar amounts. It would be nice to use Jotform as the template and then have it filled with the information from a google sheet and send it out to the email listed within that google sheet.

Hello Reina, That's possible when you import your Google Sheets file or Excel file into your form Tables. Here's how: www.jotform.com/help/1001-how-to-import-data-in-jotform-tables.
