Shri Alok Ranjan - an IAS Officer with 38 years of distinguished service did his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and BA (Hon.) Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi University. He retired as the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh. He is an established leader, with extensive experience of administration cutting across a wide variety of sectors concerned with economics, finance, industrial governance and others.
