Webinar: Meal Planning for Canoe Trips 

On Saturday April 17th, 2021, I hosted an educational webinar with the Wilderness Canoe Association on the topic: Meal Planning for Canoe Trips.
In this webinar, I'll introduce you to some of the basics of meal planning and backcountry cooking. It's especially helpful if you're new to canoe camping or interested in taking longer trips where you can't rely on fresh food.
The slides used in the webinar are sample pages from The Voyageur's Backcountry Cookbook, which goes over meal planning, food prep, recipes and much more.
