I think that she already told you that. Figure out what your potential client needs...WHY they would want your product or service...and send them to your landing page to find the solution to their problem. Give them a little more information about how you would solve their problems on the landing page and have them 'click here'.

The points you mention are the basic SEO rules but supper important. It is indeed true that if you take into account the emotions of the customers your sales will go up. I learned this from my children. They are specialists in this. They force your emotions by making you angry or very happy. It also works the other way around. Children are supper sensitive to emotions. Some brands sell their products to parents through the emotions of their children. I buy things for them that I didn't want to buy. The biggest brands in the world have a lot of products that are cheap and won't be for sale tomorrow. Or too expensive, but if you don't buy it you'll miss the opportunity of a lifetime. Before you know it it will be over. Still Apple? 😀👍
this is so chaotic and those claims that everyone are emotional all the time without any logical decisions - what ppls? children, man, woman, young, old, tech oriented or artistic, poor, middle class or high income earners....????? and so on + cocacola did all this plus emotional approach + yes millenials generation especially uk usa university ppl are highly emotional so if they are your target group than i guess this kind of communication for small (tiny) business can give you more sales
