This worked great then I had to buy a new router/modem. It took two days to figure out that I needed to make a 16 character password on my router for this to work again. Once I made my pw and reset the extender and tried again it worked!!!

Mine was working for a while now it doesn’t work, the wifi icon shows up for about 5 seconds then goes off and back on again, please help if u can

Ours worked for about 3 months then couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi anymore.

Doesnt work and all attempts to reach manufacturers for help results in dead ends. Company appears to have gone out of business
