Webley and Scott Pro Comp Shotgun Review 

I’m sold, love the stock.

Ive got one (metal stock) and im absolutely loving it. Shoots very nicely and once adjusted properly it fits me excellently.

The issue with all these Turkish made shotguns in my opinion isn’t so much quality it’s service and parts availability. All guns are gonna break it’s just when and what. The problem with these Turkish guns that I believe is the largest issue and affects resale is it’s impossible to get them serviced or even get simple parts. Yes you can take them to a gunsmith but risk a pricy hack job repair. It just makes them throw away guns which is sad.

Ive went through 2 metal stock pro comps in less than a month... First one, top barrel came with the 1/4 choke jammed into it from factory, managed to get the choke out, the cylinder choke would fit both barrels but the rest wouldnt fit in the top barrel but would on the bottom. They are apparently mobil choke but the thread pattern was wrong as my teagues which fit in my other webley which is mobil choke wouldnt thread into either barrel... so that was returned Picked up a second pro-comp, this one, all chokes apart from the 3/4 would fit in the top barrel but all would fit the bottom barrel.. none of the spacers would fit as the cerakote added thickness to the center of the spacers so were too tight to fit.. worst part of this one was and the main reason it was returned, after the first 50 shots, the action opened on its own while shooting. I was shooting top barrel first, pulled the trigger and the action opened but my reaction time was too slow and it allowed me to squeeze off the bottom barrel with the action popped open.. Such a shame as i really wanted one of these but after 2 poorly made ones, im out...

Ar they made in Turkey? I thought I saw they were engineered in England and made in Italy, but was told they are made in Turkey.

For the money you can’t go wrong , love the look of them just hope they do a decent stock length on the all wood stock

I'm really enjoying your reviews. I find them in-depth and unbiased. You focus on the important stuff and always relate them to the price point that the specific guns sit within the market. Keep up the good work. Personally if I was in the market for a new clay gun at the more budget end of the market I would seriously consider one of these with the wooden stock.

I really like the look of the metal stock.

Recently saw these at a show too looked great for the money I’m looking for reasons not to buy.

Are the barrels chrome lined?

Can,t wait for a 2nd hand one!!...(hardly used)
