You are super talented. I don't know about beginners though, attempting this move, they probably will need safety harness or net. Actually, a webster is basically an easier version of a front flip, as your able to use both your arms and legs for momentum, most front flips require a running start, the webster is a static flip

Hey bro can i learn an advance flip like webster or side flip without any acrobatic experience? I am 32 years old and never done any type of flips before and this is probably my first time. I just wanted to learn that first and looking for a spotter/parkour coach. Should i proceed on this level before i learn backflip or frontflip? Thanks.

Find a mattress that you aren't using, grass isn't too hard but can still leave quite an impact on your back if you don't land it right. You don't need trampolines to practice flips, it's best to learn on the ground. I'm personally doing it on my parents bed as they have a big mattress. Even then the mattress absorbs most of my force. If you use a mattress, jump off the ground, flip onto the mattress

Backflip is easy because the back muscles are stronger when it comes to flipping, webster is an easy frontflip because your arms and leg are helping you flip. I would prefer the webster but it's really just preference
