One of the biggest graces, and I have received many since I have come to know the MARIANS, comes from all the lessons about detachment, especially from our worldly goods. Please, don’t get me wrong. I like my comfort. I would not make it in religious life because I could not take a vow of material poverty. However, hearing the teaching as never before, and seeing simplicity and the beauty of being spiritually poor puts everything else in my life in a wonderful perspective. Thank you for such a wonderful Mass. May God bless and protect you, all the Marians, and all the clergy. What is the name of the opening song ? Is it just called The Beatitudes ? It’s one of my favorites. Can you please sing it in a faster tempo next time ? I still remember the Mass in Bootcamp we sung that song. If you can imagine a theater full of Marines singing that song loud. The Holy Spirit was definitely there. It was so uplifting ! There was a woman playing either a piano or organ and singing, but it was a faster tempo. Thank you for all that you do.
