Would you consider going through old buildings and replacing peasants with commoners where you can to free up peasants for your workforce. This way you don't have to keep adding peasant housing at the rate you currently do.
I think the 1st building of the condominium's is like the Managers building, so its technically not a house per say of those areas. That 1st building you employ people to it, so i don't think it counts as a technical house.
33:17 the basic well you have built there is for the homestead, the other well (town well I think is the name) is for the condominiums & higher housing. I've made that mistake also.
It's intriguing watching the different way people play this game & see how it differs from how I play it. Kanz is 3 yrs ahead of me at the time I posted this & he's got 285 pop and minor food problems. I'm only in year 11 & just hit 100 pop cause I'm playing at a casual pace & I'm having minor food problems but not the same minor food problems as Kanz. The problem I've got is too much veggies & not enough storage for it lol. I've got 4 veggie farms with 5 granaries set to accept veggies and over 2500 veggies stored as of this post. I've also got bread & fish going. I wonder when my pop hits 250 what kinda food problems will I be having then? How many farms will I have at that point? lol Also If your trying to save up for your wedding Kanz you might wanna consider locking the food you plan to use in the granary to prevent your people from eating it. People won't use food/materials in granary's/stockpiles if the item stored there is locked.
Kanz has a couple of pigsty's & chicken coop down which those take veggies (pigs) & wheat (chickens) & also the golden goose takes wheat & turns it into gold. Idk if you have any of those down or not. Watching this series, I'm definitely thinking next save I create & play, I'll probably not do chickens or pigs. Hover over each food source & judge which you think is best. I think bread route actually isn't a way to go as you have to have the wheat farm & then windmills & then bakery. Where as things like fish is just fisherman's hut for fish & (take my statement before about pigs back lol) maybe pigs are good coz all those need is veggies for the pork. Just my thoughts, sorry for rambling.
@@toastythabrave9927 Wheat for chickens might not be bad but wheat for flour/bread isn't really a good source cause of the long process. I've got 1 40plot wheat farm, 1 windmill/bakery & with just 1 40plot farm it's not keeping up with the mill & I built up a full granary of wheat before starting the mill. It would take some testing but I think it would take at least 2 40plot wheat farms just to properly supply 1 windmill. As for the pigs they might be okay if you build a veggie farm next to the pigs to supply them, not sure how well that would work though, yet again testing would be required. Ultimately veggies/fish are the best for food supply as nothing is needed to produce them except the farm & fisherman's hut & neither of them affect desirability.
@starhealer1 no worries. Was only thinking out what I've been trying & a few things stated off a reddit I seen. Probably all depends on how we each play & layout the kingdom 😊
