maisie tilley I’m literally the same. I do have a app called calorie counter. You can see what your food has in it and you can scan the food. You can give your self a count for calories a day and a weight goal. It’s quite helpful. You get a 7 day free trial then after that it’s £3.99 if you upgrade. I haven’t upgraded and just used the app to see them calorie and fat count of my food x x

Finding a good amount of food that keeps you satisfied and then working off a similar amount of calories during exercise is a great way to maintain x

Ell is very 'pale'. Something's wrong with her. I don't think it's the 'make-up' or dermatology related. Maybe substance abuse? Insomnia?

@Stephanie Tees That could be the reason it might be medical related. She should do a general check up and blood test to determine if she lacks certain vitamins, looks anemic and also vitamin D deprived and B12
