Congratulations to a gorgeous bride and handsome groom. You can't help but be proud. We didn't have Velcro rollers growing up. Our rollers were plastic, much smaller ones secured with elastic on a ball to go on the end. Bigger ones had plastic stakes for each one. (Can't think what they were called.). Mum did her own hair every Sunday and her girls, my sister and I, for school concerts etc. Thank you for calling those memories to mind. Until you mentioned product smell I had forgotten the joyful smell of Dippity Do. It was pink gel and only fingers would do in applying it. It certainly help the rollers to stick. Couldn't wait to grow up to use but it is no more. Such relaxing sounds. Thank you.
+inr works (Narelle) I remember using those rollers secured with elastic and ball when I was a kid. I got myself in all sorts of knotted mess lol. Mum also had rollers in a white vinyl case which had a blow drier built in it. You would put the rollers in your damp hair, don on a cap that was attached to a hose and bobs your uncle....a mini salon in your home lol. I can't recall the Dippity Do....lol, sounds like some sort of cement hehe. :)
+Deez Kneez ASMR was the blow dryer "portable"? I remember a white plastic strap so you could walk around with it. Wouldn't get far if you wanted it plugged into electricity. 😀
No, it needed to be plugged in. It was a sixties thing but mum kept hers till the seventies. I have pics of her with a beehive hair do lol. That was very sixties too. They were the days when it was 'in fashion' to wear wigs. I remember mum had a wig, it confused me as to why she would have worn it as she had plenty of her own hair. Oh..and on special occasions she used those long cigarette holders and wore the elbow gloves (the type you saw actresses using in the black and white movies). She was quiet fashionable back in her day!!

Enjoy every moment of the planning Laura, because half the joy is getting to your special day, which goes by soooo quickly on the actual day. xx Just so you know...I am no longer using face book...FB didn't like that I am not using my real name so I'me locked out, plus I had issues with certain users way before that so it was a good time to kick it to the gutter lol.
DeeZire ASMR aww if you have a buisness facbook page you can set your own name.. I don't get any of those people on that type of page but then again I'm a lot smaller xD so I guess I can't really comment. Instagram is fun though!! Might be a better platform because it's based on pictures and you can set if you want a private account or not. Names and usernames are no problem with youtube names. 😊

Schoolgirl getting ready for school, hair being braided (May be use extensions in front of the camera). Bra or corset fitting, Just some ideas to keep the ASMR videos going, I fall asleep to you every night! you make a great "mother of the bride!"
