This is a very beautiful album!i think your co- worker will be ecstatic. You did a beautiful job. I love Shellie's albums. She is a master! Her work is so clean and elegant. And yours is too. Lovely. I love the pocket on the back. I do that in my albums. I just like people to have an extra place for memorabilia. I really like your photo mats. Nice take on Shellie's tutorial. I'm 72 and like you it takes me weeks to get an album done, but what a joy to make them and bring happiness to someone. I love the inspiration that comes when I'm doing something for someone else to lift their spirit. I love this work. It's what I can do. Have a great scrapping life. Thanks for some great ideas.
AWSOME use of lots of resources! I am quite new to album making and have followed Shelley’s tutorials and you just dressed it up exponentially! I made one of two albums and like you...takes me a bit over a month to make one! Thank you for the inspiration!
It's beautiful. Shellie is amazing. You have done a good job following her tutorials and adding your own twist. Good job. I did the same thing and she is so easy to follow.

This is absolutely gorgeous. Over here in the Netherlands that paperpad is not available which is a pity for I would have loved to combine it with some pinks and Roses which the bride, I will make an album for, loves. It will take me a couple of months too, specially because I had a heavy operation and can't create long times I need to take lots of break lol. SO I know what you mean but you did a fabulous job
Leala I love the envelope. I'd love to do that. I hear you you about the time. I think that Ince I really got started it took me a couple of weeks working 6-8 hours a day but it took about month gathering all the supplies.
A really lovely album, Shellie does some gorgeous ones. But it is lovely that you used your own initiative on design. I hope your colleague loved it. Carry on making more... and I don't make mine in a day... it takes me weeks sometimes to think about what I want to make and then sometimes I do change my mine... so take your time and enjoy your crafting !!
I'm making two wedding albums this year. One for my granddaughter and another for my grandson (her brother). This is absolutely beautiful. I found the paper at Hobby Lobby about six months ago. Leila I love the paper that you used, where did you get it? I made Shellie's album last year too I loved it. How did you adjust your cutting dimensions from the ones that Shelly used? I need to make another one my nephew is getting married later this year and I may like to use a different size album so Shellie's cuts won't work.
Never mind I found it at Hobby Lobby. That was the very first time that I've been to HL. I live in Los Angeles and we did not have HL here in Southern California, until now. I found out that one was opened here in January and it's only 7 miles away from me.Yipppee!! I spent 2 hours there today.
