I’m glad I have supportive family that do not care what tribe I marry into, my dad always tells me, if you like marry Hausa Igbo or a white man, as long as you love him. I think they are more so concerned (especially my mum) with religion, and I understand because I’d never wanna confuse my kids on what religion to practice. I used to push all IMO guys away cus my parent wants my state which is Ebonyi or anambra or Enugu. They say it’s because of their bride price. I accepted to date only Igbo boys, and pushing IMO boys away but currently I like an IMO guy atm and he looks down to earth. People always feel that once you are engaged boom you get married few days after, it simply means you are in a commited relationship, it's courting, so take your time. My man proposed to me 2 years ago, I accepted because he is my dream man, but we weren't ready for marriage financially. We are planning our wedding now looking forward to it by September.... 💃💃
