Hii vedika...I have used 270 gsm Iris paper for this whole album. For fhe waterfall and other interactive flaps. The album is quite chunky so u need to hav strong base. 270 gsm is thick enough to hold on to pages and embellishments.
But di the magnets n al get opened when we use thick paper..coz dmc n all are alredy thick paper and if we put that on cardstock n then make inner flaps it becomes very thick
@@vedikagopalka7701 hey, you are right, this always happens with me. When I use DMC papers, I always use 200gsm cardstock and for waterfall and pockets, I use 180 gsm cardstock. For other brands whose papers are already 200gsm, I do switch to 270 gsm cardstock.
There is one question,I know it's a personal choice but still- when you make an album for your loved ones and known people (they ask for it), should we charge them for the album? I am always in a dilemma...
Memory Keepers By Priyanka My answer to that is always ‘NO’ unless they offer you money. I put a lot of Time, Effort and Love 💕 into anything I make for people. If it’s made with Love, given with Love and accepted with Love, then that’s payment enough for me. It’s a beautiful album btw.
I’d love to be able to make a beautiful album like this one but I don’t have the ability. I live in a Nursing Home and my new favourite RN is getting married next month. He’s like a Son to me and he only told me two days ago, I’m looking at ideas for a nice card or small album but it’s a real learning experience for me as he’s Hindu and I’m Australian.
