I've found that if you heat the liquid while the semolina is toasting with the butter, & adding half the liquid first, without stirring, let it absorb, then add the rest of the liquid...you'll save your forearms for something else...takes less stirring ❤

You can, it is the same as semolina or rava, but just the grains are: Rava - coarse Semolina - mid coarse Tastywheat - finer ground. Experiment, and but keep the weight same for the ingredient.
