I'm always amazed that some companies can put out an all metal body IEM for under $50 and some $200 models are still plastic. Thanks for another great video!
Chu 2 has a full metal build, same with the og if my memory serves me right. The newer chu 2 has better tuning as I've heard and they now have detachable cables. All for 20$!
Great video!! I just got my unit today and the build quality and cable were better than I thought, but the driver flex on my unit is absolutely god awful. Did you have any driver flex on your unit? The sound from my unit aligned pretty much with your opinion, with the sound being really bright, shouty, and the separation not being so good. What is your IEM pick sub-$50 for classical music? I listen to a lot of orchestral and piano.
I can't really wrap my head about the idea of weeb music enjoyers preferring bright and lean sounding audio gear. That kind of music is typically already quite bright sounding in my experience and has proven to be the most consistently problematic for me in this regard.
