I apologize, I could have explained it better in the video. Respect (Thumbs up) increases the price paid per gram when selling outside of your shop. Loyalty (Green Arrow): The higher this value is, the more likely the customer is to buy Merch from your shelves. It also increases the price paid per gram when selling outside of your shop. Addiction(Red Smile): Affects how much money customers have to spend in and outside of the shop.

UPS is under the dope market. Its one of the options you choose for shipping.

If their merch skill level is low, they will make a lot of mistakes. You have to hire someone with a better merch skill or level one up. I always stocked the shop myself 90% of the time because of this issue.

@@Xielent Ohh okay that makes sense just wasn't completely obvious, thank you for the quick reply wow I'm just barely lvl 40 so I haven't really unlocked anyone with a merch level higher than 4 yet

Fastest way to level is to always stay high since you get a 1.5x xp multiplier. Keep giving out freebies and make deals with customers outside of your shop. Make sure you are growing seeds pretty often as that gives decent xp over time. Also at level 20 you unlock the Burnout Bowling minigame which gives you a good amount of xp and its easy to complete if you are playing on trippy mode. Levelling in this game is very slow so as long as you are having fun I wouldn't sweat it too much. I have 54.2 hours and I am level 62.

Not sure, try to verify your game files through steam. It should default to Twitch.tv on the TVs and let you browse websites.
