@@KitchenCounterCrafts pull off the flower petals, lay them flat on paper towels and put them into the microwave for about a minute or so. Makes them nice and crispy for potpourri. My grandmother had a covered glass memory jar with rose petals and ground spices in it, like cloves. Smelled so good.
