So this was plot of the MV: GD and the girl were in a relationship. The girl broke up with GD and went to T.O.P. GD felt betrayed by both his gf and his best friend. He didn't know this was part of the gf plan. When the gf found out she had a terminal illness (we assume cancer since her hair is falling out) she wanted GD to hate her so he could suffer less when she passes away or disappears. The girl ask T.O.P to pretend to be in relationship for that reason. The other guys all knew but one guy( Taeyang) couldn't handle this sad situation so he called GD to run to the hospital as gf is in the hospital surgery room. When GD and T.O.P meets in the hallway T.O.P said sorry that everything was a lie and she actually loves you. Gives the girl ring to him. He realizes the truth to late and next scene the girl dies.
