I would love to see some breakdown videos of your throw and cues. I'm in learning mode once again and trying to understand and upgrade my throws (particularly what is loose and where force is applied through the weight and hammer throws). I've been watching the old highland videos you made and would love to hear more if you have time to create technical breakdowns.

Hey Justin , any pertinent modifications to your wob standard or pretty much same design as one in video you put out long ago . I need to build one, yesterday, an abysmal event for me so far this year

Not really. I don’t use the guide wires any more that I did in that old video. And have a different “crossbar” but it’s not that different.
