I love Johnny Depp, I think he’s brilliant and off the charts talented. I know he’s a human being, though, and capable of the same flaws as any of us. The difference between him and Amber is the clear and obvious truth that she is a blatant liar. She clearly taunted him on purpose to bring out the worst in him whenever she felt like it, and recorded his behavior whenever it served her. I pray that Johnny realizes how much he is loved and that there really is a higher power that he can depend on to get better. None of us are perfect but our maker knows that, we are here by His design and He gave us a choice whether to accept Him or not. Love you Johnny!! Stay strong!!

That’s what I was thinking. She said something along the lines of ‘I wasn’t in a joking mood, I was just assaulted on my 30th birthday’. The big “3-0” is scary for some people and maybe she just let her rage out on Johnny. I don’t see how a 4 lb dog could leave a mess that big. AH was recorded on the australia incident..she was crying saying she was sorry and she didn't mean to hurt him and she didn't want to leave. She said :Johnny needs me" but the doctor, sec guards and Debbie the RN wanted her to leave to go back to the states so Ben left with her..that might be what you're referring to, the australia incident evidence isn't allowed to be heard in court bcuz Jerry his sec guard is deceased and he is on the recording..

@@yourqueenbee5681 Realize this is a year old but just in case you return for an answer to the question of why the audio couldn’t be used. I read in several places that Johnny’s team argued hard for it to be admitted but Amber refused b/c “Jerry was deceased and couldn’t be cross examined”. Yet, Amber was allowed to get away with withholding ALL of her electric devices inc all phones and ended up being sanctioned however I never heard the jury informed of this major omission. Totally not fair.. Most all the texts used by both sides during the trial came from Johnny’s phones/devices b/c he complied with the court orders.

I find this recounting of a phone throwing incident very odd indeed. At 8.25 we have Ms Heard saying, "You hit me with the phone. Johnny, you hit me." Before that she said he threw the phone at her face, so why is she announcing to him that he hit her with the phone? For myself, if someone threw a phone at my face I would start running, definitely retreat, I really don't think I'd be announcing "you hit me. You hit me with a phone" if that's what they were in fact deliberately doing. I really don't get that bit of evidence, it's so strange .... not credible at all in my humble opinion.

AH started defaming JD long before this trial. It was when the audio tapes were released of her own abusive behavior and her admittance that she gets physical, her stating no one would believe him, and the obvious media attention re: her TRO. The fact she was willing to dismiss the TRO once there was a divorce settlement, speaks volumes to there being no legitimacy of the TRO and whatever injuries she claims she sustained. She hurt the, Me Too, movement. Her seducing, Jason Momoa from his wife and family has a great deal to do with the movie industry using it as their on-screen magnetism. It didn't matter to the movie companies/press that this relationship caused damage to Jason Momoa’s family. These things are what caved her public opinion; her own actions over time. JD did not go to the public but to defend himself, that is way different from her claims from the beginning . Again: Audio Tapes, record of misleading the press and the, Me Too, movement.

@@eaeaeaeaeayyeaeaeayy4042 Ice won't take the swelling of a broken nose down in 24 hours, it would take at least 48 or more. My sister had her nose broken and it bled like a faucet and was swollen for days even with ice and unlike Amber she went to a doctor. Being an actress I'd think Amber's first thought would be that she should see a doctor just in case. Besides with the rings Johnny wears I'd think it would have been crooked and more bruised.

@@ceejay8545 Maybe it wasn't broken, as in it being fractured. Maybe she just took a hit and it got swollen, in the same manner a hit to your skull will lead to a temporary swollen bump. I don't know for sure if she said swelling happened but she did say she iced her nose. Could've been just some skin marks like superficial bruising.

I hope after that trial, that it’s proven she’s a nut case, she will have that baby removed from her care. But let’s get real. She has Nannie’s taking care of the baby, not herself. Hopefully one of the nannies will come forward and talk about AH being a mother.

The irony in this whole trial is, I remember first seeing her in "North Country" where she was the victim (portrayed as the younger). That is actually the only movie I have ever seen her in, I've never watched any of her other movies and that movie was based on a true story. However, I've seen many but not all but many Johnny Depp movies and he really is a gentle soul without the drugs and the toxicity of Hollywood. He is a real compassionate human being!

The second “expert” called to the stand certainly gave a good example of why it’s better to keep as calm as you can rather than become too argumentative. Also, side note, any parents out there…you heard Heard’s lawyers…if you ever catch your kids doodling and/or eating candy, you better give those little budding narcissists a whippin’!! 😂

I’m sure I’m with so many others, when I say;.. Johnny could have had pretty much anyone his heart desired, but it breaks my heart to see who he fell for. A man with a sense of humour, and compassion that melts the heart. Sure, he’s got skeletons and struggles/struggled with addiction over the years;.. that doesn’t make someone an abuser. However AH is an abuser, and from what I’ve seen, she injected coke into the private area to hide the fact;.. her dealer told all)

I feel like they had all the opportunity to ask the hand expert today if his hand wasn't in the exact position as demonstrated, could the bottle have caused it (because he kept clearly repeating "AS JOHNNY DEMONSTRATED") They should have played the recording from when AH was taunting JD for the psychologist doctor today.. see what he had to say about that! Also, 2 of the examples of narcissistic traits he gave were about being abusive--- it hasn't been proven he's abusive, so therefore he couldn't/shouldn't have been able to use those as the traits he associated with Johnny
