Week 5: Rethinking with Stan and Friends 

In this episode we trapse through the wickets of installing the Stan library and interfaces. We will be working with rstan, cmdstanr, and rethinking. Getting that C++ toolchain is the trick. Rtools43 on Windows is another. But it is all well worth it!
