Yes, the VMAs 2009 is a must-see. I would add "I Wish" from the Stevie Wonder tribute and "If I Ever Lose My Faith" from the Sting tribute. Also perhaps VMAs 2011 ("You and I") and Oscars 2015 ("Sound of Music" medley).
Some facts about this performance, they were both so nervous, this was Bradley's first time performing in front of an audience. When the were gonna make the movie Gaga accepted the role only if every performance in the movie was live, and Bradley had to learn how to sing, so it's pretty impressive he did this in front of THAT audience... Also, that necklace you guys mention is from Tiffany, and was previously worn by Audrey Hepburn, worth $30 million! The song won an Oscar for Best Original Song, and "Shallow" is the most awarded song in history!
That is the Tiffany Diamond. Amazingly beautiful. The audience being back lit and the view from the stage was per Bradley and meant to simulate the movie. This song is the most awarded song as of now.

My top 5 for week 2 is performances of her original songs and performing alone only #1 Paparazzi at VMAs (that night I became a Little Monster) #2 Born This Way at Grammys #3 Applause at VMAs (she made reference to her eras, Born This Way, The Fame, Fame Monster and ARTPOP) #4 John Wayne at Victoria Secret Fashion Show #5 The Edge Of Glory + Judas at XFactor France Honestly it was hard to only choose 5, she has so many amazing performances, especially from th Born This Way Era
if you watch the movie, youll notice that the scenes when they’re performing on stage are shot in the same way that this has been shot. they intentionally filmed this performance from the stage view to replicate how the on stage scenes were shot in film!
I love that you brought a moment to her necklace. I believe she’s wearing an archive Tiffany stone? And she had security guarding the necklace on her person and she had to return it immediately
intrinsically it isnt worth ANYTHING, other than being pretty.. DIamonds unless industrial are nothing more than status symbols, that created by the artificial inflation of a non-existent value. Sure it's a very rare substance, and harder than pretty much anythign else. But even silver gold and platinum have actual uses being just being pretty.
In the movie A Star Is Born there are many cameras showing the audience. They probably wanted to reproduce this same effect, as if it were a documentary recording

If you ever do another Gaga live week I hope you consider these possibilities: Paparazzi live at the VMAs Sound of Music tribute at the Oscars (don’t be fooled by thinking this will be dumb/boring-it’s actually mind blowing) You and I live at the VMAs (Gaga performs as her drag king alter ego Jo Calderone) Tribute to Elton John at the Grammys Moth Into Flame duet with Metallica at the Grammys-if you want the full experience the pre rehearsal video is cool to watch first.
For Bradley to get that performance out of her there had to be some blurring of the lines. And Lady Gaga’s Super Bowl performance is one of my favorites ❤❤❤
Many have said that Bradley wasn't good here, but i just can't hear anything bad. I have been capable of hearing singing mistakes etc before. I actually notice couple from Gaga's singing. His voice is amazing to me. But you can hear that both are nervous until the end where they are in their feelings.

Everyone was hoping they were an item but it was strictly professional. There weren't any "hot scenes" in the movie let alone maybe a kiss or two. The chemistry is definitly there and both are great actors.
hahahah "He's in this??" hahahaha Bradley Cooper MADE this movie happen.... he IS this movie. LOL. This wasn't the greatest performance, but it was their first one ever live, and his first time ever singing live.

Just sub'd... i usually say i sub'd for Chris Stapleton, but i love this movie and Bradley sounds better in the movie!!!! You HAVE TO WATCH IT!!!! AND PUT SOME CHRIS STAPLETON ON THIS CHANNEL!!!!!!!❤
That last scene actually makes me uncomfortable. Bradley's wife was literally right there in the audience, and they got divorced like 2 months after that... That was way more than acting.
Irina and Bradley never married. And it was announced that the reason the two broke up was because of Bradley's mother. Gaga and Bradley acted close to each other on the red carpets they attended to promote the movie, and especially in this performance, to emphasize their love chemistry in the movie.
