I love this type of video. Week in the life type content. Even if you’d break it into two parts, because seriously, I don’t live the typical life of someone throughout my adult life and yet, I’ve made it fun and interesting. Caregiving for my dad, and helping my handicapped mom was not what I anticipated my adult life to look like, yet I don’t think I’d imagine it any other way. My dad unfortunately passed this winter (early this year) and my mom got worse, has some more chronic and terminal conditions that together we’re learning to manage better.

Gracie! Super random, but how do you pick your meals? Like you have such good eats!!! So, how do you know what to make and when?? Do you like meal plan or just go based on vibes?

I'm the same way. If I eat in the morning I'm not as hungry in the afternoon but if I don't eat as much in the morning I'm more hungry in the afternoon.
