Would you incorporate shots of the actual work the kids do? Your papers or slides or textbook or whatever you used to teach the lesson? I don't think it would help future teachers to just listen to an explanation of "we worked on ...." teacher trainees would need to see the actual lessons. You don't have to show the kids or their names, just copies and talk about what the kids were to do and what the skill was. I'd assign a child or a couple of kids to be responsible for taking the lunch info to the lunchroom every day. Make that a 'job' and also a verbal check "Do we have the lunch bag?" before leaving for lunch. Make it their responsibility.
