I feel the exact same way it’s like I wanna accomplish so many different things but it’s just hard for me to organize it all in my head but Ik I can accomplish the things but it’s just about finding order and getting a schedule to accomplish them idk it’s weird but I completely understand where you’re coming from❤️❤️
This is so me right now , I’ve experienced this in the past. So I would write all of my ideas down but never follow through with them . So I think one thing that could help us All over come the anxiety is doing what feels most important first or more exciting (make a list) . So that our brains can slow down and focus on one thing at a time 🤷🏽♀️😇. Very happy that others can relate in this day and age

i could definitely relate with you on the loud thoughts. i have a hard time sleeping at night, getting ready or doing anything where im alone. buh im tryna be more independent instead of relying on others to help distract me buh it’s so so hard.
I felt u so hard in this video, especially the part of how ur just trying to keep ur head calm bc it’s always going :( I’ve literally been trying to do this since last year bc I noticed it gets too much and I’ll literally get migraines (My own thought give me a headache I’m crazy LOL) But w all seriousness I’ve found that meditating (I do guided) daily almost as soon as u get up helps control ur thoughts. I’ve done that for like a year and a half and noticed a difference and started this year I added reading into my daily routine and I told myself a book a month and that had been helping w my focos bc usually my mind would want to wander off and start thinking about random stuff but I already really like the books I’ve been reading so that also helps
You are not weird, it happens to me when I have too much on my mind. What helps me is embracing that loudness, allowing myself to think those thoughts, make sense of it. So on those days I do avoid music, or even the podcasts I enjoy daily. Being in the stillness helps, I even talk to myself lol. Most of the times when my mind is busy, its just a lot of things that I have to / want to do, so writing those things down really helps as well. lol it could be something as silly as " I have to wash the dishes" , this way its one less thing my mind has to remember , which of course walking into a dirty kitchen will remind you. So bad example, but I hope you get what I'm saying. Hope these tips help, if you do try it🌻

Yessss I get the loudness. It happens to me a lot. I’ll have music on and I just suddenly have to shut it off because I just cannot make my brain stfu and I get over simulated.
I know this is probably not what you want to hear and you'll figure it out yourself but even though weed short term helps you eat more, quiet the mind etc... long term i found that it made me lose weight I was the tiniest I've ever been (I think because It made me anxious when not high) and id fine my mind going 100 mph like you say. This then made me smoke more weed to relax and then repeat every day. If you are high a lot your body still needs to get the negative emotions out somehow so for me that came with a lot of nausea and anxiety. I was forced to quit because of my living situation and it was the best thing I ever did. It was hard in the beginning as I had a lot of emotions to catch up on but once I was over that everything fell into place ! Hope all goes well 🥰
Try meditation my thoughts used to be all over the place too until I started meditating. Listening to high frequency music while meditating will help you focus as well 💚

Girl I hate public transportation. I’m thankful for it, but it can get tiring. Especially if you have to leave the house so much earlier just so you can make it on time to wherever you have to go. 🥴 but happy you’re taking mental health breaks and it’s definitely okay to do so! Can’t wait to see how your space turns out!
You’re not weird. Most of us have that, and according to professionals it’s anxiety + ADHD. Is good that you’re starting therapy, it will definitely help you and change your life if you put your mind into to it. Good luck❤️ stay healthy
great video! loved it, as far as the car buying, i would really recommend you getting an average car (not to fancy) for your first few months up to a year of your license. It´s very easy to damage your car the first period after you get your driving license! good luck

4:22 Yes I get you. I play audible... that helps alot coz you focus on what the book is about and learn, instead of listening to your thoughtsm sometimes it can be so draining
I’ve been told that learning to drive using stick shift makes it easier for you to drive automatic and makes for a quicker learning process… I’m still hesitant about it too 🤷🏽♀️
I don’t know about you but about the loudness in your head. Not sure if it’s the same but I get so many voices in my head sometimes. I think it’s a lot of thoughts and ideas just coming to me at once and I can’t stop it. Usually happens in the AMs for me thou. It gets so annoying cause I want it to stop but it just won’t 😩😂 I’ll be thinking about stuff I wanna achieve and how I’m gonna get there. Like it’s so much but it’s like a web of thoughts 🤦🏾♀️
