pros beautiful and very modern apartments the pool is super nice to have in the summer the gym is spacious cons not gated a lot of homeless around management is not good

@@kaiyahbackus250 It is not a gated community and theres a lot of homeless around the apartments that sometimes walk around and can easily get inside the buildings because people leave the doors open. Management is not good when you call they often take a while to get back to you. Packages have been stolen. theres a lot. I wouldn't recommend student living if you’re not a big fan of the loudness because theres parties every weekend and even sometimes on the weekdays. you can head to yelp and the facebook group to see what actually goes on in these apartments! hopes this helps.
