🧑🏽‍🍳 heyyyy Derwyn 😁 my fellow Cancerian ♋️ I love your content 😁so chill… I watch you before bed to relax 😊 yes moving is a big deal… everything you have gone through it’s the same with me. I’m really not this confused to but this next chapter of my life, I want it to be right and there’s some things I want to do and the environment has to be right. I also need to be in clean environments too, it’s very therapeutic. God has me sitting still during this next phase and it ain’t pretty especially being a single woman and most of my family is deceased and I been on my own since I was 14. The entertainment industry is exhausting I left at 30, I’m like no more modeling and acting and dealing with artist is crazy, especially for Cancers… we love the arts and being creative but on ur terms and dealing with multiple personalities is exhausting. You need to be somewhere quiet. Not sure how active you want to live but as a Cancer that’s going to bother your nervous system. I had burnout from being busy and being around alot of people. I thought about charlotte too but a quiet area not uptown or downtown. I don’t like noise. Whatever you do, please do not live at any sky house residence… please, it will drive you crazy. That chicken was just a little dark, but it still look good, lol. I heard Arizona was nice but it seems too hot. I need to be in cold states… you’ll find your way… you’ll be in my prayers… I need prayer too!😊✝️🙏🏽🙏🏽

Hello, I'm new to your channel and I just want to say thank you for that positive message. I myself just started my RU-vid channel about 4 months as content creator. I also gave up but after listening to your positive message I just say well keep doing what you live it will come. So again, thank you, also if you have not travel to Tulsa Oklahoma you should make that trip to T-Town We have a lot of people that has move from the west coast to Oklahoma Because the cost of living is very cheap you can get a very nice luxury apartment in our Down Tulsa area, for the cost you are looking at you can almost get two apartment for the price of one. Or just come and visit our black wall street. My grandfather was one of the survivors of the 1921 TULSA RACE MASSACURE you should come and check out the museum to see the history if you have not already. If you do come his picture is in the Greenwood cultural center and his name is JB BATES i hope you find you a very nice place the God will lead you.

I love what Charlotte is offering in terms of space and I love that it’s open but it still has enough corners to create sick backdrops for videos in terms of different light projection and whatnot. Speaking of corners, the corner balcony is just beautiful to and the fact you were above everything it makes you feel and look prestigious. I have a feeling you will end up in Texas but regardless I hope you get the best place available and the most bang for your buck. I really want to see what you can do with your space. I think your style is minimalist from the few videos I’ve watched but I hope you take it to the max. Trees in the crib, artwork with special lighting, modular couch. I expect your spot to be better than any spot I’ve seen yet on RU-vid. Yep you being held to your high standard so don’t disappoint with that 9 month update.

Since it’s easy to say no to the places you’ve been, I’d say consider living in Michigan where friends and family are. Great sport city as well. You travel and research well, I suggest Michigan as home base, and travel to various destinations frequently. Travel would provide great video content as well. Michigan summers are wonderful, and when cold, go to exotic places, make videos and live well. Best of both worlds.

Please relocate to a city that matches your mentality regardless of your business agenda. You might ask why because you are going to have to live, network and do business with people of city. While you were in Charlotte you should have went to the Highland Creek subdivision! You wouldn't have been disappointed.! When you come to Houston look in Pearland TX. Katy TX.. and Tomball TX. Just look up Luxury apt townhomes, or Luxury apt. You can even get them with attached garage , great amenities. 💪👍 Don't say I didn't lace you up on game 🎯

I haven't lived in Scottsdale but I have visited a couple of times and it's nice. Phoenix is also great. In fact Arizona is just beautiful, peaceful and a great place to visit. I think it's the Florida of the West where people go to enjoy retirement.

Yo, your cleaning been giving me energy to do my own weekly reset. Haven't been a 💯 lately, but at least Im vertical.😊. Born and raised in Phoenix. It gets 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 here. You gotta change your way of life and adjust your comfort zone. It's still the wild west here. But P Town is growing like Brooklyn, but more driving no walking. The food acene is getting better here. Tuscon got the better Mexican. An hour from Vegas LA Sandy D Denver and Cabo on a airplane. Drivers here are insane. You gotta dump that black ride, you'll roast like a vampire when daylight hits you. Scottsdale got no high rise apartments. They still got old school 50s style vibe apartments and condos. Tenpe near the fo lake has new high rise apartments that might peak your interst. Tempe is in the middle of Mesa, south Scottsdale and east Phoenix the Arcadia areas. Those areas around Tempe has some amazing restaurants, cool little ma pa shops, amd have more entertainment venues. But you do a lot of driving around P town. At least traffic isn't like Houston or LA.😊. Tenpe might be your ticket. But if you have Scottdale n your sights. North Scottsdale near the Kierland Commons has the newer modern apartments. I feel joy now in cleaning!! I am enjoying looking at your apartment shopping. Your cleaning videos are my favorite! I did not grow up learning how to clean … I think my mother just gave up on me because I didn’t do things right away so mama or a sister would do it. Fast forward … I regret not learning because cleaning, decluttering and organizing have been such a dread and a struggle. I’ve taken classes and better at it by following other cleaning groups but yours … yours … is the first time I feel joy in cleaning. I’ve purchased the steamer today, already bought the mattress vacuum and used a couple of your cleaning tips … such a joy now … I can’t believe that I actually look forward to cleaning now. I moved to Charlotte almost two years ago and I live in Uptown. I absolutely love living in Uptown, especially where my apartment sits. I can literally walk to everything. I’m more towards the Plaza Midwood area though.

I'm in Phoenix - I love it here! BUT if you thought Texas was hot - you ain't ready for that Arizona heat! I'm a native who just moved back and sometimes it's more than I can take and I love hot weather. Yes, visit because it's beautiful. But know that the heat in the summer is 24/7. It DOES NOT cool down at night! LOL! (I hope you choose Dallas though because that's where I moved from and it's an great city!)

DWHO! I’ve checked in with you on some of your journey in your great apartment search. I am so wishing you theee best on a great find. I hear you speaking on checking out AZ as well. I have family there and I’ve been to visit a while ago. There’s dry heat and you can cook an egg on the ground but the environment is nice. One more place to definitely see for yourself and not take anyone’s word, because I like it but not enough for me to move there. So definitely check for yourself.

I would suggest purchasing a BRITA water filter system, so the water you add to your potatoes will be cleaner .. no chlorinated water.

I don't know when this air, but you said it hot in Dallas don't come to AZ 109 and over. I move three years ago to be with grandkids. It's just too hot enjoy the outside. The kids can only look at the playgrounds, because everything just to hot.

👨‍🍳 Yeah I've tried to do the whole filming why cooking thing and you're right. It adds a whole nutha hour to the process at least. Next time I'm using multiple cameras in strategic positions.
