I’m 21 years old. I live in Arizona. I’m currently going to school to become a veterinary assistant, and working part time at family dollar. I grew up in church and have been singing on my praise and worship team since I was 13. I was the reason my parents came to the Lord. I had a bleed in my brain and was supposed to have surgery, but God healed me, and I never ended up needing the surgery.

I was brought up in the church but not really payed attention growing up until after I got married and had my daughter. I still struggle like everybody but I know our God is a forgiving God. Regarding passing out at the gym. That almost happened to me one time and I told my trainer about it and what I was advised of was definitely keep something sugary but also when I’m done with a set, to walk in place bringing my knees way up high. The reason is the blood tends to pool in the legs away from the heart and the heart needs to blood and if it doesn’t have any, well hello darkness. This walking in place action causes the blood to be recirculated back up to the body. Something to pray about for sure. Blessings of great peace and joy!

You always make me want to bake! Just started with the gym again too after years. I appreciate your videos! About me. I moved 1 1/2 years ago to the US with my Husband 😊 I’m slowly getting ..settled. Currently in Dental Assisting School. I used to attend a church here for a while in AZ but I didn’t really connect with the people at the church. I’m not sure if I go back there or try to find a new one. The one I went to is very big and they all seemed friendly and had good sermons, but in the end people never responded to me when I reached out after they offered their contact. Maybe I am also focusing on the wrong things and I still should go to that church. Do you have tips to find a good church or how you chose one? 😊
