Monday - Shrimp rice bowls
Shrimp seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder
Green beans seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder
Brown rice
Avocado
Topped with spicy cashew butter dressing from Trader Joes
Tuesday - Chickpea pasta
Banza chickpea penne pasta
Gardein plant based ground beef
Trader Joes tomato basil pasta sauce mixed with meat
Green beans seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder
Pasta topped with follow your heart dairy free parmesan
Wednesday - Shrimp fried rice
Shrimp seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder
Frozen mixed vegetables
Brown rice
2 Eggs
Seasoned with salt, pepper and coconut aminos (sometimes add garlic powder and onion salt)

Thursday - Burrito bowls
Shrimp seasoned with Trader Joes taco seasoning
Brown rice
Cuban style black beans
Yellow corn
Avocado
Trader Joes chipotle garlic salsa
Ceasar Salad Wraps
Crispy Chickpeas:
In a skillet, heat up olive oil. You could measure this and do 1/4 cup or less. Add 1 can of drained/patted dry garbanzo beans and minced garlic. Season with paprika, pinch of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until the chickpeas are crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
Combine in a bowl:
Crispy chickpeas
Romaine
Cucumber
Hemp seeds
Avocado
Follow your heart vegan caesar dressing
Follow your heart diary free parmesan
Put all together in Siete burrito wraps or eat as a salad
