New here! Just followed you on Instagram. I teach pre-k 3 at a small Christian school in Florida. K3 -12th grades. Love it. This is my 7th year. Preschool is the best 🙃
What about an old phone book that can have pages torn out and thrown at the wall or into a trash can? That gives the child who needs to throw something a safe option to do so.
I have heard strategies like this before however it is hard for some students to differentiate the difference between paper they are allowed to tear vs papers they are not....such as books.
Hello Kristen! I too, am a PreK teacher in IL. I was wondering how many students you have? Are you full day or A.M./P.M.? I have a full day with my kiddos 3s and 4s.
Hi and welcome! I have 15 students this year and we are full day for most. Some of the students leave half day. My Q & A video explains this a little more!
