Roll Tide! I'm an ancient former cheerleader from the early '80's. No comparison to what we did then and what you guys do now. I'm happy to see you taking care of yourself. Long after cheerleading, there's a great big life to be lived out there!

Mary, use arnica on your bruises!! It's a LIFESAVER it makes them go away faster and fell better! You can get it at places like Sprouts or any whole foods place.
