Saving $ and going the natural route is so smart, I have learned that along my 38 year life span and now I work to get myself further in life cuz no one ever gonna remember I got my lashes done or hair done every 6 weeks!!! Sis as healthy as you eat you should not use fake butter/margarine, you should buy Kerrigold butter. Even if you do not have a lid for your pot you should cover your oxtail. That way as they cook for about 3 hours the flavors will go completely go through the meat and your gravy will soak into the meat. As for the peas and rice your can use canned coconut milk, tyme, ginger, fresh garlic, onion or green onion, salt & pepper to season your cooking water to flavor your rice (you can also add red pepper flakes or a scotch bonnet pepper if you can find it but do not cut it, just place in the pot on top of the rice and let it cook). Everything looks lovely!🥰

Sunscreen has always confused me. It makes me sweat so I hate wearing under makeup. I am a freckly red head so is stressed vehemently to me.. What I was told is the sunscreen blocks the harmful uv rays from sun, but you still absorb the vitamin d which is crucial in everyone. Hopefully that helps you out. Have a blessed day!
