How you have therapy and create strategies to empower yourself is so awesome! Now that you have made that connection maybe there will be more as her child/children area little older than yours! Also, gently used clothes are so awesome! I suffer from Trich, too. Yes also to pulling when stressed or while when watching tv or a movie, I often don't even realize it until my husband or one of our boys makes me aware. I also see a therapist and am on medication to help curb the urges. It is a struggle!

I was bullied as a kid for not having eyelashes. (I have trichotillomania) As an adult I've got a lot more control over it (especially knowing the "triggers") 😍 YOU ARE GORGEOUS WITH OR WITHOUT EYELID HAIRS! 😂💜💜
I haven’t got bullied but my trichotillomania started not so long ago. I’m doing pretty good right now and in fact my eyebrows are growing back and I’m very proud it
Try Nutella French toast, basically the same thing but 2 slices of bread with Nutella in the middle and the outside coated in the egg mixture it’s so good 🤤
I struggle with pulling out my eyelashes too. It doesn't 100% cure the urges but it significantly helps, there's a supplement called NAC which is great for hair pulling and skin picking. When I don't take it the urges sky rocket and when I do take it they are manageable. I have no side affects from it.
As far as seeing you through a screen Sam, i literally can’t tell you don’t have lashes. If you weren’t wearing your liner in a video i would just think you skipped mascara / linerthat day. Most ppl’s lashes are so fine close up it can hard to tell irl i feel. Anyway, you’re very beautiful with or without! 😁
So proud of you for conquering so much of that anxiety. I pick at my skin and have OCD intrusions so I'm familiar with the compulsions. You definitely should feel so proud of facing that much social anxiety! Also, what a gorgeous colour sofa! Omg that cat bomber jacket - do they make it in my size? xD Also, jeez well done for managing that drive with the dogs - I'd have been soooo stressed!
