Your work ethic & dedication is so inspiring!! You’re going to be an amazing doctor! Do you have a specialty in mind or will you be a GP?

You’re so kind! And I don’t know what specialty I’d be interested in but I’m keeping an open mind ☺️

G'day Taylor, I was wondering if you have shared your reasons to do medicine and leave public health? I'm in the opposite position: after having a long degree (6 years in Australia) and 1.5 year of working, I'm considering going into public health. I'm very happy to have found your channel, very informative.

Hey! I talk about certain parts of that here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--bJNrhD_72Q.html But really, I don’t view going into medicine as leaving public health just like I don’t think you have to view going into public health as leaving medicine. They’re symbiotic. They go hand in hand and add to one another ☺️

I am dental graduate and after did my MPH. Now working as public health consultant. But not so happy with my job. Want to do more with my acedemics or may be with clinical skills. Can you suggest me better option as per your experience?

I’m not the most familiar with the dental field so it is hard to give advice but you could potentially go into dental practice or apply for a teaching position at a university.

Why mcat after MPH what's benefit in your country?

Personally, I wanted to go to medical school (after my MPH) and the MCAT is required to do so. In the US, you traditionally complete 4 years of undergraduate/bachelor’s level education and then go to medical school. I just added the masters degree(s) in between those two steps.
