I also have PMDD but it's always 2 weeks before my period so I spend half of every month feeling not myself 😔 It's awful being a woman at times. I started taking evening primrose oil about 4 months ago from Holland and Barrett (the one in liquid form) and I can honestly tell you it's made a HUGE difference. It's really taken the edge off, definitely worth a try. Xx

When feeling anxious and can sleep u should buy louiza tea/leaves. Think thats how its spelt in english. Calms all your nerves and u will fall asleep and get a goodnights sleep. Us moroccans we drink it alot. Also for period pains gets rid of the pain fast. Im a sugar person and can even drink it without sugar. Check it out online. Maybe search moroccan louiza tea should come up.

I didn’t know you was friends with Holly I follow her to but not as long as you. I think you look very pretty and your makeup looks great. Your glowing. Like your hair on the side with the curls. I’ve just come through a bad episode of anxiety. I feel your pain. I was so angry that it took control. Not been this bad in a long time. But like you say you get through it and wait for it to pass. Sleep deprivation is horrendous. Do you take magnesium of a night, it might help and you can get a low dose of Phenergan from the chemist. I take 2 stronger ones a night and it really helps most of the time it’s Not addictive, my gp prescribes mine. Some nights I’m still awake when the day light starts again. Hope your feeling better. I’m always here if you want a chit chat. And honestly you do whatever you want to do to get through things the best you can. A breakfast roll can always be dog walked off and if for the ten minutes it takes you to eat it you feel better then it’s worth it. Much love sweetie xx
