When making the kebab you really need to chop the mince really fine like the same texture as sausage meat. It also helps if you prepare it in advance then chill it in the fridge before carving and frying. You'll get much thinner slices and a more kebab shop texture.

Hey Pauline haha 😂 your hilarious 🤣 I make it with mince beef so it’s technically/actually it’s cottage pie I know!! although he dose like a donor kebab he says that doesn’t have the weird lamb taste (which I like) is there any foods your particular with or do you eat everything? A perfect eater? :)
Lasagna is our staple, as i make it all myself as my husband got me a pasta maker for Christmas. It takes me so long to prepare as i make all the sauces etc as well but takes them no time at all to eat it. I don't know wether to be mad or flattered with the speed it gets eaten 😂 xxx
