I'm not sure I might be wrong but I think when he's referring to the fingerprints I think he's talking about the signs that God leaves to show his presence in our lives. Most of the time we are rushing around from here to there and so preoccupied that we don't notice them. But George's speaking of the fact that he is noticing these little signs of God's love for us.
