Enjoyed seeing the variety of Yummy 😋 lunches!

Hi Lindsay 👋 😊 It was a half rainy weekend here. I managed to mow the lawn Friday before the rain started up again. Today it's a yesterday's clam chowder and bread 🍞 cheesestrings and brownies from the weekend and strawberry and kiwi 🥝 pieces. Sometimes I just don't know what to put in their lunch that will be for sure eaten. My husband eats anything lol. Thanks again for showing the day to day lunches. I don't feel so alone lol. Tomorrow it's grilled cheese sandwiches that they can heat up and cup-a-soup. They like using the kettle at school and making a cup. Teachers are there to help. It's a good setup. Have a great week. 😊

When I saw the Mac and cheese and the comment you made I had to make sure I was watching a current video because I could have sworn you bought that same Mac and cheese in an older video and said you didn’t like it and wouldn’t buy it again!!!!😂😂😂😂. Ig you forgot!

All of the kids lunches looked good to me, especially Audrey's snack lunch. We have been making snack plates for our Supper quite a bit lately, we eat big breakfasts or lunches and don't want quite as much at supper so I build a little plate for us with hummus, crackers or pretzels, cheese, apples, oranges and sometimes cucumbers or garlic stuffed olives, they are yummy and just enough for each of us. Your homemade soup looked yummy too, but I'm a soup lover, I can eat it all year long and not get tired of it. I have to tell you I finally got around to trying your recipe for the "Honey Chicken" and wow was it delicious. I doubled the sauce as we like things saucy, and I used half regular honey and half hot honey, it didn't make it too spicy though, just a little bite at the end. We both really enjoyed the recipe and will definitely make it again, only next time I'll try it with chicken thighs as the chicken breast chunks were a little dry, I think I cooked them a little too long for white meat. Thanks for sharing such a delicious meal recipe with us, and I'll be sharing it with my daughter because it was so easy to make. It's been a nice week here, we had Mother's Day on Sunday, it was nice, we went out for Mexican food for lunch with my daughter, her husband and Mackenzie, it made the day very nice for all of us, and watching the baby play after lunch was really fun. Hoping you have a good week ahead of you with good weather and lots of family fun.
