You have to listen to your body. I experienced something like this a few months ago relate to being on YT and also working a FULL TIME JOB. I was getting alot of pressure from my husband to always be posting and whatnot since my channel is successful. I started losing hair! i took time off and also reduced the amount of videos i posted. i also had to take some time back and refuse to check my channel. it helped alot
