The roads and and scenery are just outstanding on Tassie !!! Love watching these videos …. Man you must have put a ton of work into planning all this. WOW
We are lucky to live where we do mate, it’s not wasted on me that’s for sure. Can’t wait to get back down there, maybe on a twin sport so I can checkout some of the gravel roads in and around the lakes 😎🤞🏻
The Gordon dam is a great sight. Haven’t walked down it due to fat bar stands we were riding with but will in the future. Thought the Iron blow lookout was an interesting place to visit. Great reading about it on the metal signs. Thanks for sparking the memories. Cheers Smithy
Bloody super, BB. I don't think that road to Queenstown was there when I did Tassie in the 80's. We when to Queenstown via Mt Black and Rosebery. Gordon river dam is spectacular. Thanks for taking us along. Ride well. Cheers
Not sure about the road being new Moz might have to check with @Tazy T I do know it’s a bit of a short cut cause we had a big day and needed to skip as many km as we could to get it done 😎🤙🏻 Thanks for watching mate I do appreciate it
I hope so Rochelle, I have surprised myself how much good footage I got with so much going on. I have really enjoyed watching others videos to see how they interpret what I was showing them. Thanks for watching xx
With my dodgy knee that would be me Big Bert up at the information office looking down at you.🤣 Amazing engineering the Hydro Electric Dams. There is some great videos on RU-vid showcasing the construction of the Gordon Dam. All built with pen and paper. Another entertaining video mate.👌🎥🏍️
Thanks mate, yeah those stairs sure do pull a lot of folks up for all types of reasons. An amazing place and still worth a visit even if you can’t get down on the dam.
the coms unit is bloody awesome, I definitely need to get one. holy cow what a view over the Gordon river dam ! amazing drone footage i love that. (im trying to save up for one) good vlog mate
Thanks mate the coms were a saver later in the series when we hit Hobart. Ross from Biker Torque took the drone footage for us. I wish I could take the credit. He did an awesome job 😎🤙🏻
