I just 'found' you this morning and now I'm laughing. It's as if we're walking the same beat. I was missing Beara (as usual) and somehow your visit to the area cropped up. I was a tiny bit disappointed that you didn't take the coastal route to Kenmare as for the last 5 years of the years I lived there, this was the place where I had the most prolonged sense of joy and happiness compared to anywhere else in the world! Like yourself, I Google-mapped myself 'walking' my old Beara haunts during Covid - one of the tactics I used to keep myself sane during lockdown. And now you show up in Brixton, a mile away from where I live now. All the best.
