I know, you can do so much with it too! I'm going to try making a pizza out of it soon, how mad it that? I saw someone do it on Instagram and looks Amazing! I think I pronounce it wrong to be honest 🙈

I have stopped eating bread through the week which has helped me loads, I don’t feel so sluggish if you know what I mean, also Asda do these chelate bars called skinny whip, many different flavours and only £1 for 5 they are really good for a little chocolate fix, your vlogs are great keep doing what your doing
